Discuss and understand the establishment of instrument maintenance SOP file, the instrument should be managed by a dedicated person. Regularly replace the light source lamp, pump tube, sample tube, remove instrument dust, and mechanical parts can be added with medical petrolatum to ensure the normal operation and service life of the machine. After each maintenance and repair, detailed records should be made to ensure that the instrument is in the best condition, greatly reducing the failure rate, extending the service life of the instrument, and improving work efficiency.
